Abbott Established Pharmaceuticals Division is looking for a

Manager Cash Flow for its global Pharma Division Headquarter based in Allschwil- Basel.

Primary Job Function:

The position will be the primary contact point for EPD monthly reporting activities, LBE planning, corporate reporting and analysis for cash flow performance.

The role will be involved in setting annual cash flow strategies and cascading them within the planning process to BU’s / Regions / affiliates while working closely with the different organizations to deliver on corporate / EPD cash flow goals.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Create and own cash flow extended reporting mechanism on monthly, quarterly and annual activities within EPD.

Play the lead role in the division reporting of cash flow during LBE / Plan cycles, providing necessary guidance to affiliate / regional teams and acting as a central single point of consolidated cash flow knowledge.

Support EPD division internal periodic / ad hoc analytical needs for cash flow management including cross-functional activities with CFS and other corporate functions.

Create tools and support on all activities of onboarding, training and knowledge transfer regarding cash flow principles, supporting systems and processes to enable goal attainment.

Develop and execute on the necessary transformation activities, guidance, related processes and policies governing cash flow activities at EPD division level.

Support corporate directives for cash flow initiative involving EPD TOP 15 affiliates across all working capital streams.

Minimum Education:

Minimum Experience/Training Required:

+7 years of experience required within finance management functions

Prior experience in pharma / healthcare industry preferred

Ability to lead and influence

Ability to work with many different cultures

Sound systems knowledge, preferably with EPD / Abbott operated systems

Skills and Competencies Required:
