CordenPharma International (CPI) acts as the management company of the CordenPharma Group. In addition to the Executive Leadership Team, CPI has central functions such as Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR and Corporate Development, which work for the CordenPharma Group across locations and at an international level.

We are looking for one as soon as possible

• Responsible to independently draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements related to Corden Pharma's CDMO-business (e.g., toll manufacturing-, supply-, development-, and services agreements)
• Accountable to provide pro-active, pragmatic and solution oriented legal advice on commercial, corporate and contractual matters, statutory obligations, and compliance
• Acting as legal business partner to global departments (e.g.: Sales ; Project Management ; Quality / Regulatory ; Human Resources)
• Assuring interaction with third party customers and suppliers to support our internal clients both sell- and buy-side, on contracts and other legal matters
• Accountable to handle litigations and disputes
• Responsible for providing legal trainings
• Working alongside the General Counsel on projects, providing support on corporate / and finance law matters (e.g. corporate housekeeping ; M&A, financing)

• Master of Law degree and admission to the bar, preferably Swiss or German bar
• Substantial experience as in-house counsel, gained in an international, fast paced environment (CDMO / Pharma / Life Sciences a plus)
• Confirmed experience and excellent skills in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements independently (i.e. manufacturing and supply) in the English language
• Proven track record of a structured approach, and rapid execution at the highest standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-driven, highly motivated, pro-active, results-oriented, and hands-on, with an attention to detail 
• Fluent English and German (written and oral), further language(s) a plus.
