HR BP Hamilton Benelux – Part-time 50% (f/m/d)

How you can make a difference:

The HR Business Partner (part-time 50%) will help us to build our HR service in the Netherlands, Eindhoven, as part of our Benelux operation. If you like to work in a dynamic environment and enjoy a variety of challenges, then this is the right place for you! Your responsibilities will include:

Recruiting and supporting the different business units of our company

Managing the entire HR lifecycle of our employees

Managing the compliance of employee mobility / cross-border work in the Benelux region, as well as immigration and sponsorship

Act as a point of contact for all employees and line managers on all HR related issues, including employment law

Create and manage local regulations such as safety at work, ergonomics, etc.

Develop, implement, and manage HR processes and policies in collaboration with the Headquarters in Bonaduz (Switzerland) to ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and practices

Manage and support our HR projects

Implementing the HR strategy in the day-to-day operations

That’s what you bring along:

Degree / training in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in an industrial environment

Very good knowledge of Dutch employment law (big plus, but not a must, if you are familiar with the Belgian / Benelux employment law regulations in relation to HR)

Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch, English (C1 level) is required and knowledge of French at professional level, is an advantage

Sound knowledge of MS Office, experience with Workday is a strong advantage, general affinity for systems technology topics

Structured, systematic, and organized way of working with strong planning and organizational skills
