• Develop and implement learner-centric teaching formats in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation management, and strategic management
• Coach students with innovative projects and interdisciplinary theses
• Take responsibility for a specialization and manage a portfolio of teaching modules
• Work together with a team of researchers and lecturers to achieve positive societal impact
• Optional: co-develop and implement applied research and consulting projects

• Practical expertise in entrepreneurship or innovation management
• Experience as a lecturer in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation management, or strategic management
• Interest to contribute to the visions and goals of the Business School
• Keen interest in research
• Good communication and teamwork skills
