In this Demand Planner role for the EMEA region, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the demand planning processes, focusing on forecast accuracy, supply and demand alignment, and contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain operations.

Missions

  • Lead the facilitation of the S&OP process, ensuring accurate demand forecasting and efficient regional production planning.
  • Manage and improve key demand planning metrics such as forecast accuracy, backorder levels, and inventory health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure demand planning strategies align with business objectives and market trends.
  • Provide guidance and support to local demand planning teams, ensuring adherence to global standards and best practices.
  • Engage in critical demand planning projects focusing on process improvements, market analysis, and forecast model enhancements.

Profil du candidat

  • You possess a university degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • From 5 years of specialized experience in demand planning.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and a deep understanding of demand planning tools and methodologies are essential.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
  • You are proficient in English
  • APICS certification ishighlydesirable.
