Kummler+Matter AG, a member of the Colas Group, is a significant player in the field of electrical infrastructures in public transport. Based in Dällikon/ZH, the company is responsible for the planning, installation, development, and distribution of systems and components for urban and railway overhead lines. As part of the further development of our activities, we are looking for an experienced individual for our branch in Mont-sur-Lausanne as:
Quality, Safety & Sustainability Officer Under the responsibility and with the support of the QHSE manager, you will be responsible for technical support in all matters related to safety, environment, quality, and sustainability. You will work closely with management, all departments, and site managers to implement the company's policies and strategies. You will ensure a performance and maturity level of the management system for safety, environment, quality, and sustainability through a practice-oriented and results-oriented approach. Your Challenge
Safety Management:
Implement the health, safety, and sustainability programs of the Colas Rail Group and Kummler+Matter to promote a safe working environment for all employees. Lead safety-related training initiatives and conduct safety audits to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Analyze accidents and incidents to identify causes and take preventive measures. Conduct weekly site visits to promote the safety culture. Implement communication regarding health and safety at Kummler+Matter, conduct mandatory training, and support the goals through close collaboration with managers and various business units. Quality Assurance:
The Integrated Management System manages new and revised documents, including policies, procedures, and standards in the area of health and safety. It supports development and ensures the conduct of audits (internal and external) as well as continuous monitoring plans. Sustainability Initiatives:
Implement sustainability strategies that align with the goals of Kummler+Matter and the best practices of the group. Kummler+Matter AG

Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), analyses, and improvement plans. Ensure the collection, tracking, analysis, and feedback on non-quality issues to maintain the profitability of the company. Leadership and Team Development:
Promote interdepartmental collaboration to integrate quality, safety, and sustainability into all business processes. Provide continuous awareness and support to ensure that team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge. Compliance & Standards:
Ensure that all activities align with the values, processes, policies, and guidelines of Kumm-ler+Matter, including QHSE standards (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment). Monitor and report on sustainability indicators, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation. Engage leaders to promote sustainability initiatives and support a culture of social and environmental responsibility. Your competencies

- Team spirit, proactive, capable of solving problems in a timely manner, with the ability for synthesis and decision-making as well as cross-departmental collaboration.
- Engineering degree or Master's or relevant experience in a quality management system.
- Successful experience in an industrial or construction environment with proven experience in quality management or project management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality management system.
- Interest in communication, training, and topics related to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
- Fluent knowledge of French and English is required; German is an advantage.
