INTERNSHIP ROLE

We are looking for Direct To Consumer Intern to join Timberland within VF EMEA Internship Program.

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO:

• Start date: October 1st  2024.

• For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.

• We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

• Interpret sales data, customer metrics, and performance indicators.

• Be open to learning new tools and processes.

• Interact with different departments (finance, operations, marketing) and understand how they contribute to the overall retail ecosystem.

• Familiarize yourself with retail technologies (POS systems, CRM tools, sales analysis tools).

• Learning time management and prioritization.

• Learn how to communicate effectively across teams.

• How to analyze situations critically and propose practical remedies.

• Learn to communicate effectively across teams.

• Develop project management skills by setting milestones, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.

• Understand how to draw actionable insights from data to improve decision-making.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you have already graduated before in 2024 – it’s a must.

• You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.

• You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.

• First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.
