We are currently looking for an : 

Missions :

  • Support and maintenance of M365 / Teams governance; Azure governance
  • In charge of the migration of on-premises services to M365 services
  • automation and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience
  • Implement and enrolled VDI plateform
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

Profile :

  • Successful first experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft products (M365 services, Intune,
  • Knowledge of documentation processes and tools (Confluence, Jira)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Strong customer service, accurate and logical problem solving
  • Fluent in German and English
