Key Responsibilities
- International Transfers of Players
o To monitor all international transfers of players.
o To monitor investigations on illegal international transfers and to assure a constant follow-up.
o To assure the correspondence with both National Federations and FIBA Agents for solving cases.
o To test new developments done to the online platform used for international transfers of players.
o To contribute to the overall improvement of working activities by proposing more efficient methods.
- FIBA Archives
o Updating the FIBA Archives database.
o Introducing historical data into FIBA’s database.
o Creating tournaments, games and rosters from scoresheets.
o Finding and merging duplicates.
- Assisting the Players Unit’s Senior manager in any project as deemed necessary.
Experience and skills required
- Motivated, multitask and team player.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and unsupervised.
- Knowledge and interest of basketball is a big plus.
Required languages:
- English and French fluent, written and spoken.
- Spanish is a big plus.
