Assist a team of Trust Officers with the day-to-day administration of their books of Companies and Trusts, and other ad hoc projects
Enrich and maintain the database up to date
Assist with the onboarding of new structures and/or termination of structures
Draft documentation such as letters, payment instructions and resolutions
Open bank accounts
Transfer life insurance policies
Liaise with JB Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners
Participate to projects when required
Various additional administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, distributing the mail, and answering the phone
Experience in a banking environment. Experience in trust administration is an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Very good communication skills
Dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible and organised person
Proactive and service oriented
Accustomed to working with a team and other cultural/language environments
Willing to learn and team player
Fluent in English. German would be an advantage
