Your daily work

• You'll guide our clients through holistic IT transformations, using specific, goal-oriented communication. Simultaneously, you'll analyze the impact of organizational changes in the context of IT projects, e.g. during cloud transformations or the implementation of innovative technologies.
• After carefully analyzing and considering the needs of all the stakeholders involved, you'll correctly conclude and choose suitable change measures, which you'll then implement all along the entire change journey.
• Using selected KPIs, you'll determine whether the implemented change measures have achieved the desired effect, for instance regarding employee acceptance, satisfaction and professional development.
• You'll work in agile teams and support our clients as they aim to introduce agile working methods (such as DevOps or SAFe).

Who you are

• You hold a university degree in (business) psychology, business administration, communication, or business informatics.
• You possess a strong interest and talent in IT, with experience on cloud platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Workday), and ideally, you have had initial professional contact or experience with cloud or comparable technologies, perhaps even with agile methods like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• If possible, you bring some insight into one or more of the following areas: implementing/supporting change measures, designing and conducting training sessions/workshops, and developing enablement & communication measures.
• You demonstrate an analytical mindset, excellent conceptual thinking, communication and presentation skills, and you are ready and willing to travel for business.
