(Senior) Manager Pharma & MedTech Business IT (60-100%, all genders)

That's the job. Main tasks at Eraneos

  • As an expert in Pharma & MedTech, you will support our customers in business-related IT (e.g. R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Sales & Marketing or Quality Management) in the context of digital transformation.

  • You advise our customers in the definition of the digital transformation strategy and at the same time take over the project management of implementation projects and industry-specific system implementations. In doing so, you act at the interface between business and IT.

  • You take an active role in the development of our customer portfolio in the Pharma & MedTech industries. Furthermore, you support the design of the industry-specific service portfolio according to the requirements and current trends around the topic of digital transformation in these industries.

This job is for you, if

  • You have a university degree in IT or in a scientific discipline.

  • You have several years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or MedTech industries and business-related IT and understand the industry-specific requirements and trends.

  • You have a solid customer network and proven experience in business development and customer account development.

  • You enjoy developing customer specific solutions and concepts and want to actively contribute to the development of the Pharma and MedTech industry at Eraneos.

  • You have experience in leadership and professional development of employees.

  • You have several years of experience in business-related IT and know the industry-specific and common IT systems and business processes such as Clinical Trial Systems, Laboratory Information Management System, Regulatory Information Management System, Production, Quality Management Systems or Manufacturing Execution Systems.

  • You have deep knowledge and experience in digital transformation in Pharma and/or MedTech and have already defined strategies and led implementation projects in this environment.

  • You are familiar with agile as well as classic project management methods and, advantageously, you have appropriate certifications such as PMI, Prince 2, SCRUM, SAFe or similar.

  • You communicate appropriately at various levels with members of the management, executives, technical representatives and IT team members.
