As of October 1, 2024, or by agreement, we are looking for an upbeat, proactive skiing enthusiast for our France market.

In this pivotal role, alongside our Sales Manager, you will be the primary contact for our assigned sports retailers in France. As a representative for a premium ski brand, you will oversee the brand’s selective distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with our high-quality standards.

What will you do:

  • Organize and conduct ski testing events (B2B and B2C) in line with Stöckli standards, coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain ski equipment to ensure readiness for upcoming events, ensuring optimal condition and timely availability
  • Train retail sales teams on our product lines (skis and apparel) at their locations
  • Implement our sales strategy effectively to meet growth objectives
  • Manage annual pre-orders for products at your assigned retailers
  • Boost our brand’s visibility within retail environments
  • Generate and maintain detailed reports on B2B customer interactions
  • Assist in crafting the annual market presentation using PowerPoint

Your qualifications:

  • A passionate skier with proficiency, ideally familiar with ski maintenance
  • Knowledge of the French ski resort landscape and previous sales experience are highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Strong command of both English and French; German is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Microsoft Teams
  • Business savvy with a keen interest in marketing
  • Holder of a valid automobile driving license
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including weekend work
  • Ability to handle high workloads during the winter season
  • Independent, reliable, and efficient, with strong self-motivation and a results-driven approach
  • Reflective, self-critical, with a proactive "can-do" attitude, prioritizing the team and brand above personal goals
