Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

If you are a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong passion for people and culture and have a natural ability to develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and potential candidates, this role could be for you:

Here's what you'll do:

  • Draft job postings and pre-screen applications in close collaboration with line managers
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing assistance throughout the pre-boarding and onboarding process
  • Schedule, coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
  • Conduct and discuss DISC analyses with all candidates
  • Prepare and send out offers
  • Prepare and send out contracts
  • Prepare and distribute pre-boarding documentation, including new hire paperwork, company policies, and benefit information
  • Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates
  • Conduct recruitment related trainings
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering timely communication, personalised interactions, and professional support

Here's what you'll need:

  • Proven work experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business or Humanities, a commercial apprenticeship with further education or similar
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Global/ international recruitment experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Familiarity with social media, experience with Workable or other recruiting tools is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, every other language is a plus
