Position Overview

Siemens Smart Infrastructure has an exciting opportunity for a growth oriented, strategic and innovative mind with experience in sales enablement for Cloud Application and platform business, partner concepts and hands-on country activation for joining the Building X Sales Enablement and Activation Team

We are looking for a highly motivatedSales Enablement Professional for Digital Offeringsin the Building Industry, to design value propositions, sales enablement strategies, partner concepts and provide support the regional and local country activation activities

Location: Our new colleague may work from Zug, Switzerland or from other locations, based in any EMEA or APAC country with a bigger Siemens Smart Infrastructure outlet.

The Role

You will focus on the enablement of local sales teams to improve sales of our cloud offerings, i.e. develop sales enablement concepts and material for our front-line sales colleagues in the local organizations. The position will require close collaboration with the HQ and local sales and portfolio teams

Your new responsibilities

  • Commercialization and activation of our products with the focus in partner business
  • Steer and implement sales strategy and methodologies, global sales tools and enablement
  • Identify, prioritize and drive sales enablement measures aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and improving the sales experience for better and more effective target achievement and market share growth
  • Develop global sales enablement measures and standards in collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure sales productivity, effectiveness and quality
  • Established and operationalize a partner enablement program - including new-partner onboarding, RACI frameworks, and training for sales, and partners
  • Definition of product packages, prices and related Sales Enablement Kits and Sales Enablement Playbooks
  • Support value flow, business model and operational model descriptions for new markets and offerings
  • Structuring of local activation measures, including marketing, revenue recognition, value flow and tooling landscape
  • Develope online training and sales asset hub for Siemens global sales professionals
  • Increase sales performance by building and managing global, cross-functional networks, to leverage regional and global strengths and drive focused best practice sharing and implementation
  • Develop and implement new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position applications and platform offerings and use cases in the digital building area.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the Siemens Xcelerator Ecosystem
  • You will report to Head of Sales Enablement and Activation of Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Building X and interact with the leadership team as well as the global product, FIN, marketing and sales teams

Your Profile

  • Sales Enablement Professional with dedicated experience in developing Sales Enablement concepts for Cloud offerings related to digital building applications and platforms
  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of dedicated experience and a University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • Significant experience in B2B sales, Business Development and/or Sales Excellence within industry and/or management consultancies
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively whilst also executing operationally with high attention to detail and operational excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve ambiguous and highly complex problems and thrive in fast-paced matrix environments while managing multiple work streams with matrixed resources and goals while balancing business needs
  • Exceptional communication skills including strong international collaboration and leadership proficiencies to connect and work across organizational boundaries, including engaging with stakeholders up to a senior management level
  • High-energy with a passion for innovation and sales enablement activities
  • Skills in analyzing the impact of sales enablement activities by measuring market potential and revenue impact of offerings and product packages
  • Track record of delivering business results as an outcome of sales enablement and activation activities and business plans
  • Fluent in English
  • German language skills spoken and written is a big plus

  • Strong in building networks and working in cross-functional and intercultural teams
  • Able to think out of the box and have joy in developing creative ideas and exploring new business areas
