What exactly you will do here:

  • Working within the Delivery and Transition department, you will be a key part of our transformation journey, working on a number of exciting projects and initiatives to modernize and streamline our technology landscape

  • Coordinating testing activities (analysis, planning, test case development, execution) within a specific technology/business area

  • Support and lead initiatives to improve our testing processes/toolsets and collaboration between functions such as release, environment, integration, software engineering

  • Acquire and maintain product and digital ecosystem knowledge for understanding product and testing needs

  • Ensure adherence to the Banks test management standards/framework, enabling delivery while acting as a quality gate

 

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record as a test manager, preferably in a financial services environment

  • Excellent understanding of the test lifecycle and strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle

  • Good knowledge of agile/waterfall methodologies in relation to testing including test/project management tooling (e.g. Atlassian suite)

  • Proactive and self driven personality, enjoys a changing and challenging environment
