Junior Brand Manager (m/w/d) 100%

(Fixed contract 1 year) - Home-Office Flexibility

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to defining the product strategy in accordance with the market opportunities, supported by the brand manager, by feeding in and analysing relevant market insights.

Responsible for regular market analysis to obtain up to date competitive market intelligence and identify opportunities or threats to the product strategy in cooperation with the Brand Manager.

Manage project budgets as needed and ensure that all activities are in line with strategy to drive overall sales performance of the brand.

Responsible for the agile content creation and establishment of customer journeys, target groups and media in close cooperation with the Brand Manager.

Act as key link between an interdisciplinary team consisting of a variety of internal stakeholders such as Medical, Marketing, Sales to create and maintain content in all relevant channels.

Responsible for product specific PR communication. Online & Offline.

Translates complex scientific data into understandable content packages to differentiate vs. competition.

Owns and shapes the content creation & approval process and collaborates confidently with compliance, governance, legal and medical stakeholders. 

Create, edit, publish high-quality digital & offline assets in line with the digital marketing plan

Localize global content and leverage local execution and refinement.

Your Profile

Bachelor Science or Arts in Science, Medical or Commercial or equivalent para-medical education

Fluent in German and professional written and verbal communication skills in English, French is a plus.

Ability to understand scientific data.

Ability to handle complexity (content and processes).

Thorough understanding of user insights and experience from a content creation perspective.

Experience in content creation and digital marketing

Experience in managing agency relationships and in planning and buying of media, building UJs, implementing bidding strategies.

Strategic thinking

Prefered Qualifications

Master’s degree Science or arts

Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.

Inspires the team and can engage Customer and Organization level audience on relevant topics in a time efficient manner.

Exceptional troubleshooting skills and should thrive in high expectation scenario with many stakeholders.

Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply.

Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
