We are looking for a Junior Controller to strengthen our Finance department.


Pricing management

  • Management of pricing for watches, spare parts and POS material in coordination with others departments

Logistics controlling

  • Monthly inventory reporting
  • Monthly logistics accruals
  • Stock rotation analysis
  • Abatement calculation
  • Coordination of stock destructions
  • Standard costs calculations
  • Swiss preferential calculations
  • Analysis of stock valuation
  • Margin analysis
  • Coordination of physical stocktaking / Annual planning
  • Follow up on stock taking results
  • Follow up of blocked stocks in coordination with logistics
  • Follow up of smaller storage locations

Customer service controlling

  • Margin analysis
  • Pricing spare parts
  • Pricing services

Cost Controlling

  • Follow up and challenge of costs related to homologations/stock maintenance, regie
  • T2 exchange costs reporting and analysis
  • Others indirect costs follow up


  • Involvement of finance in the process of novelties launch
  • Novelties costs calculations


  • Higher education degree in finance & accounting or similar
  • Ability to stay calm in hectic situations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Independent, proactive and team player
  • Reliable, resilient and rigorous
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Native French or German with good knowledge in English
