Our client, a scale-up in the medical industry, is looking to complete its IT team with a Cloud System Specialist on Salesforce for a mission lasting a minimum of 4 months at 100%.

If you want to gain additional experience, are interested in the medical world, and want to work within an international scale-up and a dynamic team, this is the perfect opportunity!

Tâches

  • Administration, configurations and creation of flow in Salesforce
  • Creation of support layout
  • Creation of various user guides and trainings materials
  • Level 1 Helpdesk Support

Nous cherchons

  • Experience as a Salesforce user or administrator
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Apex, or Java
  • Fluent in French and English required
  • Knowledge of basic user support using Microsoft 365
  • Curious and proactive personality
