For our IT Department in St-Prex, we are looking for a

in charge of information availability within our Group. This role encompasses problem solving but also proposing solutions aligned to business needs and their implementation. You will be responsible of installing, configuring and operating IT infrastructures for our Group, managing the company's computer equipment and the configuration and use of the network and telecommunications. You will improve the performance of the systems and guarantee IT security.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE

 

Provide IT support to users at levels 1, 2 and 3 for the entire Group (St-Prex and subsidiaries)

Handle and prioritize hardware & software incidents and user requests, in coordination with the IT Team

Management of the ticketing system: implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement

 

IS administration: managing and ensuring proper functioning of hardware and software

Servers: AD, file, application, network and telecom, Mailbox, VPN, business and Windows applications

Backup and systems restoring. Supervision of systems and VOIP telephony

Manage user access rights

Document procedures related to information systems

Optimize the performance of computer environments

Ensure technology watch and continuous training of the latest IT tools

 

Manage IT Projects

Business needs analysis, solution study and proposal, implementation, users training and documentation creation

 

Management of the IT infrastructure life cycle

Purchase, order tracking, installation, configuration, monitoring, obsolescence at best conditions

 

Cybersecurity

Optimize company security at all times and keep systems up to date

 

Apprentice training and supervision

 

THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

Computer Science CFC (apprenticeship) or equivalent

Proven experience in installing and updating hardware

Proven experience in administration and deployment of Microsoft systems and software: Server, Client, AD, WSUS, Office 365

Proven experience in management of the Vmware virtualization environment: Vsphere, Esxi, VM settings

Good programming skills: Powershell, VB script, batch

Basic network skills: Firewall, Switch, VPN

Management, administration, and use of ticketing tools
