Description

• Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities in Switzerland.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
• Develop and execute investment strategies to maximise returns.
• Manage due diligence processes, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
• Negotiate and structure real estate transactions.
• Oversee the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets.
• Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure seamless transactions.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the real estate portfolio.
• Implement asset management strategies to enhance value and optimise returns.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, developers, brokers and external asset managers.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and industry developments in Switzerland.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, including the German part of Switzerland.
• Proven experience in real estate investment and asset management.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English, French and German.
