Trainee – Front Desk & Management Support
As part of Leonardo, Kopter currently develops the AW09, a next generation single-engine helicopter that offers the largest cabin and cargo hold in its category, increased modularity and modern electronic systems. The AW09 delivers latest safety standards as well as more performance and comfort at low operating costs.
Kopter is set to become Leonardo’s Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies, contributing to the development of hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based in Switzerland, near Zurich and in Mollis (Canton of Glarus).
Your responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Monitor and manage the general email inboxes
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and coordination with courier services
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and materials
- Coordinate company car services, including scheduling and maintenance
- Assist in organizing company events, including logistics and transportation arrangements
- Support business travel arrangements for employees and consultants, covering flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Provide project-related support to the CEO as requested, as well as to other Management Team members upon approval of Supervisor
Your qualification & experience
- Recently obtained basic education in relevant field
- Competent in using MS Office tools
- Excellent communication skills & diplomatic and decisive
- Quick learner
- English & German minimum B2 level (verbal & written), Italian an asset
- Valid driving license as commute between Kopter facilities (Wetzikon, Mollis & Uznach) will be required
