ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Accelerated Sales Expert drives strategic initiatives with an innovative portfolio to accelerate cloud revenue growth through transformative sales motions. The ASE acts as a scalable subject matter expert and is pivotal in addressing complex growth opportunities to maximise value creation for customers by closely partnering with the Account Executive and Account Teams and focusing on high-impact engagements. The ASE brings deep domain expertise, effectively articulates business outcomes, and accelerates go-to-market strategies. It is a critical role to expand the cloud footprint and guide renewals, foster solution expansion, and drive long-term growth through scalable engagements across a defined region and area of responsibility.

- Support renewals and expansions by recognising the customer's needs and value
- Secure Path to Deploy and Usage by paving the way for incremental consumption
- Ensure ongoing success to realise sustainable customer lifetime value (CLTV)
SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- At least 10 years of professional work experience in a Client Management role
(Partner Director/AE)
- Results-driven and highly familiar with a Software / Serviced Sales environment
- Excellent conceptual, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills at C-Level
- Team-oriented: able to build strong relationships at every level of an organisation and
is a strong motivator.
- Understands IT challenges and opportunities at an operational level
- Has developed, communicated and delivered large-scale transformation road maps
and business cases and programs.
- Can communicate such roadmaps, plans and programs to C-level Stakeholders.
- Can conceptually translate strategic business requirements into business capabilities
- Can create and communicate the unique value proposition of an Eco-System client proposal
- Takes a Customer Lifecycle lens to the transformational journey
- Can successfully identify, engage, and manage key client stakeholders and create the necessary Governance structure for proactive management across the customer
