Finance Business Partner ? Advantec (Interim 6-month)Our client is a world-leading provider in the design and manufacturing of advanced drug delivery systems. With a global presence and over 6,000 employees, they partner with the world's top biotech and pharma firms.We are currently seeking a high-caliber Global Finance Business Partner for a 6-month temporary assignment, ideally starting immediately or by next week. This role supports the Advantec business unit, focusing on Automation and Tooling solutions.The RoleAs a key member of the Global FP&A team, you will act as a strategic advisor to the Automation and Tooling leadership team. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, managing a team of five in Taiwan, and navigating complex project-based accounting.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering: Influence leadership on profit optimization and cost control levers.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead the monthly reporting cycles, including variance analysis, productivity tracking, and CAPEX/Working Capital monitoring.

Project Finance: Oversee project profitability, milestone billing, and the implementation of Percentage of Completion (PoC) accounting.

Operational Setup: Drive the financial carve-out of automation segments and the integration of new legal entities.

Systems & Governance: Implement functional P&L structures, intercompany pricing, and SAP cost center mapping.
Qualifikationen
Your Profile
- Experience: 10+ years in Finance, with at least 5 years specifically in manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SAP (S4, PS, SAC, or BW) and a solid grasp of project costing.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead international teams and influence senior stakeholders through "story-telling" with data.
- Adaptability: Resilient and comfortable in dynamic, changing environments involving carve-outs or integrations.
- Languages: Fluency in English and German is required. Mandarin skills are a plus.
