We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate to join our Business Customers (B2B) team. The B2B unit with over 500 employees is responsible for all business customers requiring telecommunication and ICT solutions. This ranges from small and medium companies to large enterprise customers like Migros which recently decided to trust Sunrise with connecting all their locations across Switzerland.
As a Graduate in B2B, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while developing a strong foundation in a commercial area. We offer a 2-year program which is divided into 3 rotations of 8 months each, allowing you to see different areas and a high variety of roles in our B2B unit.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Learn about the digitalization of our customer journeys with the Customer Portals team
- Analyze data to drive our commercial performance in the Marketing Analytics team
- Get to know all the details of the contracts we have with our business customers as part of the Compliance team and mitigate risks by ensuring compliance
- Work in our Brand & Communications team and be right in the middle of organizing events for our customers
- Be close to our customers in one of our Sales teams, for example in the Indirect Channel working closely with various Mobile and ICT partners and taking over the lead for (sub)-projects
- Last but not least, are you interested in shaping our strategy and performance? Then the Strategy team could be the right team for you
YOUR SKILLS:
Have you recently completed or are about to complete your master's degree and are you passionate, bold and one and therefore a perfect match with our values? Then we're looking forward to meeting you soon!
