Client Relationship Manager - External Asset Managers

Finders is representing one of our private banking clients in Basel who is looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for External Asset Managers (EXAM).

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring on-site presence five days a week with a fluent German skills.

In this position, you will be responsible for servicing existing EXAM clients while acquiring and building relationships with new External Asset Managers and Family Offices. You will provide permanent support to the Bank's EXAM team, EXAM clients, and their managed end-clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop existing EXAM relationships
• Develop solutions and processes that meet the objectives of EXAMs
• Provide research and investment solutions
• Promote the services offered by the Bank
• Ensure adherence to internal and external policies and compliance regulations (FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.)
• Prepare client meetings and events
• Manage retrocessions and related commissions
• Respond to client inquiries by email or phone
• Control, execute, and monitor client instructions (payments, stock exchange transactions, static data changes, etc.)
• Monitor credit lines and investment maturities
• Oversee day-to-day administrative issues

Profile

• University degree in Finance, completed apprenticeship, or similar banking education
• 5-10 years of practical experience in Finance, ideally in Private Banking
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Avaloq knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• High integrity, accountability, and ability to perform under pressure
• Fluency in German and English
