As a proactive People Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving our business forward. You see HR as a value-adding function and act as a strategic partner to our leaders. With strong business acumen and proven project management experience, you will independently lead and implement strategic HR projects that make a real impact.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Take a proactive role in managing strategic people-related projects that truly make a difference to the business and employees
• Act as a trusted consultant to leaders, advising on organizational development, change management, and transformational topics
• Translate business strategies into HR actions, manage the employee lifecycle, and leverage people analytics
• Drive performance and talent management, including succession planning, employee development, and retention initiatives
• Oversee compensation management, including salary benchmarking, reviews, and bonus processes

YOUR SKILLS:

• 5+ years' experience as a People Business Partner with a focus on transformation and projects
• Ability to distill complex concepts and communicate them clearly to the target audience, using storytelling skills
• Willingness to take ownership and drive meaningful change
• Comfortable in a corporate environment
• Fluent in German and English
