We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients based in Geneva for a junior IT support technician. This is a 6 months renewable contract with possibility of a permanent role.
Your role:
manage level 1 and 2 IT support requests
troubleshoot incidents
use the ticketing tool to manage the incidents
prepare software and hardware for new employees
prepare visio conference rooms for meetings
deal with VIP support
Your skills:
at least 1 year experience in IT support ideally in an international environment
