Consolidation Manager

Our client is an international company based in Geneva.

Description

The Consolidation Manager is expected to deliver the following:

- Manage the full group consolidation cycle and produce US GAAP financial statements.

- Ensure data quality and compliance across subsidiaries.

- Improve consolidation and reporting systems and processes.

- Coordinate with tax, treasury, FP&A, and other corporate teams.

- Maintain strong internal controls and documentation.

- Provide financial insights through variance and performance analysis.

- Support statutory reporting and compliance.

- Contribute to M&A, new standards implementation, and other strategic projects.

Profile

The candidates are expected to present the following profile:

- Degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certification preferred.

- At least 5 years' experience in an international, matrix?structured organization, in a consolidation role.

- Strong expertise in group consolidation and US GAAP.

- Proficiency with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and consolidation tools (e.g., FCCS).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder?management skills.

- Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
