What impact do you have?

• Foster a culture of trust and accountability by providing the team with the authority & confidence to manage their tasks and workflows autonomously.
• Act as a point of escalation for challenges that require external input, while encouraging the team to handle day-to-day challenges independently.
• Encourage team members to take ownership of their results and learn from both successes and setbacks.

What do you offer?

• Education: Fed. specialist certificate Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a Leadership position. "‹"‹Ideally in Retail and/or E-Commerce field"‹.
• Track record of coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
• Skilled at empowering teams by delegating responsibilities and encouraging ownership and growth.
• A forward-thinking leader who challenges the status quo and drives innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences.
• Applies system thinking to design solutions, balancing architecture, trade-offs, and long-term impact while aligning with organizational goals.
• English (B2)
