Research Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive research from discovery to development by delivering target molecules efficiently, safely, and sustainably.

• Design and execute synthetic routes independently and collaboratively, leveraging modern digital tools and analytical platforms.

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards through risk assessment of experimental procedures and materials.

• Document and communicate experimental procedures and results with precision to ensure reproducibility and secure intellectual property.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the laboratory to enhance productivity and safety.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or 3–5 years of industrial experience with full training in synthetic chemistry.

• Strong expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, including reaction design, retrosynthesis, troubleshooting, purification, and structural elucidation.

• Collaborative, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a team.

• Comfortable with software tools for synthesis design and data analysis.

• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
