Description

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key tobacco industry clients in France or Switzerland.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market presence in the tobacco sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to penetrate key accounts.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the tobacco industry.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to guide product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, marketing, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure alignment with customer specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in key account management or business development in the tobacco industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the tobacco industry, including regulations and market dynamics in Europe.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the designated country as needed.
  Proficiency in the local language of the designated country and English.
• Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances of the designated country.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, as the company does not have a local office in the designated country.
