Your role and responsibilities

Teaching and learning

• Teach integrated MYP Individuals and Societies from MYP 1 to MYP 5.
• Provide differentiated and engaging instruction tailored to individual student needs.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism in teaching and assessment practices.
• Apply ICT in the classroom in dynamic ways using G Suite for Education.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the IB Learner Profile and holistic education.

Pastoral and departmental responsibilities

• Show active commitment to student welfare and pastoral care.
• Embrace the wider life of the school, including participation in extracurricular trips.
• Contribute to the department's progressive curriculum development.

Candidate requirements

Skills and experience

• A teaching qualification is required.
• Proven experience teaching integrated MYP Individuals and Societies (MYP 1-5).
• A specialism in History and or Geography is highly advantageous.
• Experience teaching in international settings and working with students of diverse linguistic and academic abilities is preferred.

Linguistic and technical skills

• Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) is required.
• A working knowledge of French (B1 level) or a willingness to learn is preferred.
• Proficient in IT tools; Google Educator Level 1 certification is required.
