VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Coordinator, e Com CX and Content to join our Marketing team based in our EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
You as Coordinator, e Com CX and Content will be the lead for all Marketing initiatives on the Vans ecomm platform (Vans.com) in Europe.
1. Lead the planning and execution of Vans.com Consumer Experience: Ensure a best-in-class roll-out of content behind campaigns, product marketing and digital innovation to create a delightful consumer experience, build brand equity, and drive conversion online.
2. Assist in optimizing the Vans digital ecosystem, including product storytelling, on-site experience, and personalized marketing initiatives to enhance engagement and conversion.
3. Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve site usability, content effectiveness, and overall customer experience.

• Driving innovation and test and learn initiatives on-site in order to continuously elevate consumer experience.
• Fostering a consumer-first mindset, ensuring all initiatives are relevant and connected to the brand’s key strategic pillars and is constantly elevating consumer experience.
• Establishing a best-in-class process for updating the platform that is efficient and effective.
• Partnering with global and regional teams to leverage knowledge and share best practices.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with the other Marketing departments and the ecommerce commercial team.
Skills for Success
You should be passionate about digital marketing with an intrapreneurial mindset, a proactive team player and enjoy working collaboratively.
• Experience in website marketing & management, preferably within the fashion, action sports, or consumer goods industry.
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A deep understanding of DTC and marketing ecosystems, with the ability to connect consumer behaviour, brand strategy, and commercial performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Strong collaboration skills.
