In this role, you will help shape the global technology and operations strategy in close collaboration with senior management and international stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize processes, and strengthen global competitiveness. Your tasks:

• Lead technology and industrialization projects, from feasibility studies to smooth ramp-ups
• Analyze technology competencies and gaps, drive scouting and benchmarking initiatives
• Develop and evaluate new production technologies and pilot projects
• Support smart manufacturing and digitalization, inclusive data analytics, and Power BI reporting
• Drive global footprint and operations network projects (production, logistics, supply chain, e.g.)
• Define make-or-buy strategies and value stream configurations
• Conduct holistic analysis of datasets across functions to guide strategic decisions

Your profile:

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
• Several years’ experience in manufacturing technology and/or operations strategy in a global context
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, hands-on mindset
• Proven expertise in digital tools (Power BI), and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus)
• Open to international travel (up to 20%)
