On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing company specializing in biotechnology, we are seeking a driven and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and strengthen long-term, strategic partnerships with key clients across Europe. Among your Activities :

Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure mutual growth

Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service

Identify and offer technical and commercial solutions to meet customer needs

Drive revenue growth and maximize opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Provide regular reporting and communication with stakeholders

Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and competition
Your Profile:
-
A Bachelor’s degree or higher (engineering, life sciences, business, or similar)

5+ years of experience in key account/sales management in instrumentation/industrial markets (water, food, pharma, or similar)
-
Strong technical understanding of monitoring systems and customer operations
-
Proven track record of managing large accounts, growing revenue, and building customer loyalty
-
Excellent negotiation skills and strategic thinking
-
Fluent in English and French (German is a plus)

Willingness to travel
