As an Investment Management Senior Associate, you will support the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior team members and various teams to execute transactions and monitor portfolio performance, ensuring high?quality analysis and decision?making across the group. Your analytical rigor, modelling capabilities, and communication skills will be critical.

Description
- Provide direct support to the Head of Investment Management in the ongoing monitoring and operational management of assigned funds and vehicles.
- Monitor fund and asset level performance, analyse financial and operational metrics, evaluate business plan deviations, assess cashflow forecasts, and contribute to value creation initiatives.
- Build, maintain, and refine advanced financial models to evaluate investment performance, capital structures, business plans, and return profiles.
- Responsible for preparation and delivery of recurring and ad?hoc investor reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness; lead overall communication with investors on assigned funds.
- Produce high?quality investment memoranda and presentations for Investment Committees, senior management, prospective investors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate fund level activities with local teams, internal control and operation functions, and external service providers to ensure seamless execution and information flow.
- Ensure the effective execution of the business plan and strategy in alignment with the fund's objectives, with strong operational coordination across teams, internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and deliver ad?hoc analyses; proactively identify issues, surface insights, and propose creative, value?enhancing solutions at the fund?management level.
Profile
- Bachelor and/or Master's degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic record; preferably in a subject area demanding high analytical aptitude.
- 6+ years of work experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting or investment firm, with a strong individual track record of high?quality performance.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, including solid knowledge of financial accounting principles and ability to structure and interpret complex analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to produce high?quality materials and convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional European languages are an asset.
- Demonstrable motivation and strong interest in real estate; some sector experience is a plus.
- Dynamic, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively under pressure.
- High integrity, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong work ethic and resourcefulness, mindset geared toward delivering best?in?class output.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
