We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead our cloud engineering team and drive the adoption of cloud native technologies in Bank Julius Baer.
We want you to help simplifying the cloud journey of all our product teams so that they can focus on delivering value to our customers.
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Accellerate cloud adoption by building developer-centric solutions that make consuming and operating services easy.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing technical requirements with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and security experts, to design and implement cloud-focused solutions that meet regulatory, security, and governance requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including DevOps engineers, to understand their needs and measure the success of your products.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience as a Product Owner with a customer oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional user experience.
- Profound expertise in delivering software on public cloud services using modern cloud native architecture and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code tools, and familiarity with GitOps principles.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and other container orchestration services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting your approach to meet diverse audience needs.
- Knowledgeable in FinOps practices and cloud costs optimization.
- Proven track record in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications for major Cloud Service Providers are a plus.
