Business Intelligence Analyst

Your mission

As a BI Analyst in the Business Excellence team, your mission is to develop and maintain our global reporting ecosystem, ensuring all departments have access to accurate, real-time KPI dashboards. By bridging Data Governance and strategic stakeholders, you transform complex data into clear insights that help identify cost drivers, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from the ERP and other systems to generate actionable insights.

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to support operational and financial decision-making.

• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analytics and scenario modeling.

• Contribute to improving business processes within the ERP (analysis, basic configuration, and reporting requirements).

• Translate complex reporting needs into functional ERP requirements, ensuring data is captured in a structured and reportable way.

• Train and support users across all departments in the effective use of ERP reporting tools (Odoo Spreadsheets, Pivot Views, and Dashboards).

Your profile

You are analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, with a hands-on mindset and a proactive approach. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating closely with operational teams in a dynamic environment.

You have

• A university degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Administration. Additional certifications in Controlling, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence are a plus.

• At least 5 years of experience in cost management, controlling, or BI analytics, preferably in an industrial or technology-driven manufacturing environment.

• Strong proficiency with Odoo ERP and advanced Excel skills.

• Fluent English and French.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of databases and query languages (SQL; Python is a plus).
