Young Talent - IT Security (m/w/x)

• As a Young Talent IT Security, you will support the documentation and implement of information security controls and processes.
• You support risk assessments, control testing, and remediation tracking.
• You contribute to the development of security policies, procedures, and awareness training.
• You support daily IT security operations.
• You help maintain and update the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• You conduct research on current security threats, best practices, and industry standards.

• You are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of English and German.
• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with IT service management software (ITSM), IT systems and networks, and security tools (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanners).
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
