Mission :

• Identify and assess new business and revenue opportunities
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer needs assessment
• Analyse the feasibility, risks and potential of new products or services
• Manage innovation and business development projects from selection to implementation
• Prepare project plans, reports, recommendations and performance updates
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, committees and international stakeholders
• Monitor industry trends, digital opportunities and emerging technologies

Profil

• Previous experience in business development, innovation, market intelligence, strategy or project development
• Strong ability to analyse markets, identify opportunities and build business cases
• Experience managing cross-functional and international projects
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a structured environment
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Autonomous, organised and able to deal with complexity
• Fluent English is required; French is an asset
• Exposure to international organisations, associations, standardisation, certification or institutional environments would be a strong advantage
