Your responsibility

• Join our global treaty reinsurance team as a (Senior) Underwriter and become part of a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your impact is recognized.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to market, underwrite, and grow an established, profitable portfolio of Aviation treaties, making a direct contribution to our continued success.
• You will work closely with a dedicated reinsurance team to deliver personalized service to clients and brokers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and generating meaningful value for everyone involved.
• Enjoy the assurance of a structured framework, as you ensure all underwriting and pricing activities align with our comprehensive Underwriting Rules, Guidelines.

Your qualification

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
• Bring your extensive experience in Aviation reinsurance or insurance and make a meaningful impact from day one.
• Showcase your ability to underwrite reinsurance treaties with confidence, including mastery of contract wordings and pricing methodologies.
• Leverage your knowledge of the global Aviation insurance and reinsurance markets to drive success.
• Demonstrate your proven track record in managing international client and broker relationships, strategic partnerships, and portfolio management.
• Thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment where fluent English is essential and other language skills are a plus!
