Project Manager - Oracle Transformation Program

Description

• Lead the end?to?end Oracle transformation project over a 24?month period.
• Coordinate cross?functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts.
• Review and challenge functional specifications to ensure technical feasibility.
• Facilitate technical discussions and act as the bridge between business and development teams.
• Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
• Ensure alignment between functional needs and technical design.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation and status reports.
• Support testing phases and validate solution quality.
• Manage communication with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

• Strong technical background with the ability to converse with developers.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in system or ERP transformation.
• Good understanding of Oracle environments or similar enterprise systems.
• Ability to challenge and validate functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder?management skills.
• Structured, autonomous, and solution?oriented.
• Fluent in French and English (both required).
• Availability to start as soon as possible.
• Experience working in multicultural or cross?functional environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
