Your key responsabilities:
- Strong expertise in Swiss employment law, corporate law, and insurance frameworks
- Contract drafting, review, and negotiation capabilities across multiple domains
- Legal risk management and dispute resolution experience
- Data privacy oversight and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and manage diverse legal topics simultaneously
Profile
Target profile:
- Advanced academic background in law with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven track record in a broad, multi-disciplinary legal position (ideally within a complex organization)
- Fluency in French and English, with additional languages as a plus
- Comfortable using digital tools and modern legal technologies
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of working independently with sound judgment
