For a renowned Watchmaking brand,
we are currently seeking an experienced High-Watchmaking Sales and product
expert to drive global sales performance across wholesale and retail partners,
while acting as a key ambassador for the prestigious High Watchmaking brand.
This role combines commercial
leadership with training excellence, ensuring retail and wholesale teams
worldwide are equipped with deep technical knowledge and the confidence to sell
exceptional timepieces. You will lead the development and delivery of the
global sales training program, organize and host manufacture visits in HQs, and
actively promote all aspects of the High Watchmaking collection to secure its
long-term success.
POSITION
Sales
- Achieve or exceed global wholesale and retail objectives in close
collaboration with Brand senior management.
- Monitor core collection coverage, implementation, and replenishment
across the international network.
- Improve and advise on visual merchandising where necessary.
- Develop and implement sales incentives, with a focus on reducing
ageing stock.
- Work with key boutiques and top-performing partners to develop CRM
tools and acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with brand sales ambassadors from authorized partners
to drive events, sales initiatives, and information sharing.
Training
- Build and manage the global training schedule with regional
trainers.
- Organize annual retail and wholesale seminars at the manufacture.
- Act as a High Watchmaking expert, empowering sales teams to
confidently sell complex timepieces.
- Develop and update training materials and benchmarks.
- Respond to internal and external training needs for affiliated
high-end brands.
Manufacture Visits
- Plan, organize, and lead dedicated manufacture visits.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to deliver multiple high-quality
visits per year.
- Ensure an exceptional client journey through the Manufacture:
invitations, visits, hospitality, and follow-up.
- Deliver strong ROI through high conversion rates.
- Continuously improve visit experiences by applying best practices
from the industry.
- Maintain house collections in excellent condition in both manufacturing
HQs.
Events & Exhibitions
- Represent the High Watchmaking division at major events and
exhibitions (e.g. Watches & Wonders, regional events).
- Prepare presentations for client events and press conferences.
- Organize collections for exhibitions and customer events.
- Develop a traveling High Watchmaking collection to boost end-client
sales in retail and wholesale networks.
- Produce post-event reports and best-practice summaries.
- Participate in events for affiliated high-end brands when required.
PROFILE
- Degree in Commerce or related fields, ideally close to Watchmaking.
- Proven sales experience in high-end Watchmaking (Wholesale or
retail).
- Fluent in English and French; German and any additional language
are a plus.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Ms Office (Excel & PowerPoint);
Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Genuine passion for watchmaking and strong knowledge of competitors
and market trends.
- Team player with a flexible mindset and strong ability to
prioritize.
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Motivated, creative, and solution-oriented, with a drive to improve
processes.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to close sales (with
partners & with end customers) in different cultural environments.
- Highly professional appearance and behavior at all times.
- Strong availability for travels, approximately 40% of working time.
