You will have a key role within the company and oversee the administration of several companies from the accounting, treasury and general adminisration perspective.
Our client is a family office.
Description
- Review / prepare financial statements and oversee the accounting for a portfolio of entities;
- Support budget planning and cash flow forecasting activities to aid strategic decision-making;
- Manage the accounting team;
- Foster effective communication and rapport with stakeholders, including family members, team members, and advisers;
- Help monitor tangible assets and the individuals responsible for them (such as property managers), while resolving routine operational or administrative issues;
- Respond to one-off enquiries and provide analytical insights and summaries for leadership.
- Oversee tax-related obligations and design efficient tax approaches for both personal and investment matters.
- Contribute to deal processes, including reviewing contractual terms and building financial models for purchases or divestments.
- Work alongside external partners to manage various compliance needs
Profile
- An academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field;
- At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar position;
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous;
- Fluency in English and French.
