The firm is looking to appoint a Geneva Office Lead to oversee its local practice and manage a team of four consultants. This role is ideal for a senior professional with a strong background in financial services advisory, ideally gained within a Big4 or a similar consulting environment.

Description
Key Responsibilities
Team & Office Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four consultants based in Geneva.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and act as the primary point of contact for Geneva activities.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and adherence to internal standards and methodologies.
Client & Project Management
- Oversee a portfolio of client engagements in the financial services sector.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of advisory work across risk, compliance, governance, operations, or other financial services topics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders.
Business Development
- Contribute to the firm's commercial development by identifying opportunities within existing clients and the broader market.
- Participate in proposals, client presentations, and strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the Geneva practice.
Strategic Contribution
- Represent the Geneva office within the broader organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape local strategy and contribute to national initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence and support the implementation of best practices across the office.
Profile
Profile & Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in consulting, ideally within a Big4 or a reputable financial services advisory firm (senior manager level).
- Strong expertise in financial services, with exposure to banking, wealth management, asset management, or related areas.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, coaching, and team leadership.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and demanding clients.
- Strong communication skills in English; French, German is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to drive initiatives and lead a small but growing office.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and client orientation.
You must be swiss resident or with a swiss valid work permit.
