Chief of Staff
Position Overview
As the Chief of Staff, you will be the trusted right-hand to our CEO, collaborating closely with the Executive Committee to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and foster a high-performance culture. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and shape the industry landscape.
Role and responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Committee colleagues in shaping and executing our strategic vision, ensuring alignment across all departments and driving impactful outcomes.
- Prepare/brief and support CEO for key internal and external meetings (Board of Directors Meetings of Jungbunzlauer Holding AG, Corporate Strategy Meeting, Pulse Calls, Quarterly "Town Halls" for all employees in the group, meetings of industry associations, etc.)
- Provide oversight for strategic projects like the Vision 2030
- Provide critical insights, analysis, and recommendations to the CEO on business opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and communications that inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects, fostering collaboration and synergy among teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and breakthrough innovations.
- Anticipate and address challenges, leveraging your strategic acumen to develop innovative solutions and mitigate risks.
- Nurture a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the executive team and throughout the organization.
Profile
- University degree /completed MBA or equivalent studies
- Organisational understanding and how to work in complex matrix settings; experience in working in international teams, strong cross-cultural sensitivity
- At least 5 to 10 years professional experience in a complementing area of work
- Previous experience within senior project positions, strategic roles with cross-functional exposure
- Good Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
- Ingredients knowledge and understanding of key industry environment is a plus
- Fluency in English, written and spoken - German and/or French would be a plus
- Very good communication skills incl. ability to listen and giving feedback
