Junior Trust - Trust Company

Description

• Assist in the administration of trusts, foundations and corporate structures in various jurisdictions

• Draft trust-related documents (resolutions, minutes, letters of wishes, powers of attorney, etc.)

• Coordinate with banks, custodians, tax/legal advisors, and investment managers

• Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure accurate data entry in trust management systems

• Monitor and ensure timely execution of transactions and distributions

• Support onboarding of new clients and gathering of KYC/AML documentation

• Contribute to regulatory reporting and compliance reviews

• Act as a point of contact for clients and intermediaries, under supervision of senior officers

Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a trust company in Geneva

• Strong understanding of trust and corporate structures, their governance and documentation

• Knowledge of key regulations: CDB, AML, CRS/FATCA is a strong asset

• Detail-oriented, discreet, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities

• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office tools and trust administration software

• Fluent in French and English
