Position:

Are you a senior trust manager or senior trust officer, doing well where you are, but looking for a fresh new challenge? This would be a good quality, rare and exciting opportunity! Joining a busy team at a senior level, reporting to the Team Head. You do not need to bring your own clients for this position, and will inherit a portfolio of clients (busy caseload).

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • The administration of a complex portfolio of clients, while maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Assisting in increasing the profitability of the company and shareholder value by identifying opportunities to extend the Group's Trust services and to use the Offering to implement solutions for clients where appropriate
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and intermediaries and identifying new ideas in relation to products and services which may be offered by the company
  • Provide further value added solutions which the Group may be able to assist with, where appropriate, and implementation of solutions as needed
  • Act as a B signatory

Profile:

  • Minimum of ten years' relevant experience in trusts, family office & fiduciary services industry
  • Swiss experience but with strong international exposure (individuals and corporates)
  • Professionally qualified, e.g STEP, ICSA, TEP, ACCA
  • Able to build strong and effective relationships with clients and work as part of team, but independently
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks
  • A stable career path behind you
  • Solid all-round trust administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written) and able to build relationships at all levels, with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, methodical, thorough, with good attention to detail
  • MS office skills + trusts/accounting softwares competencies as standard
  • Already resident in the Geneva area preferred, unless compelling reasons for moving to the city (e.g from the Channel Islands etc); frontalier also accepted
  • Must be eligible for a Swiss work visa
